Two cyclists killed in collision with van

Two cyclists were killed in a traffic accident in the Noord-Limburg town of Grashoek on Wednesday morning. A third cyclist was injured and is in critical condition, the Limburg police said on Twitter.

The cyclists were cycling on Vliegertsdijk at around 7:30 a.m. when they were hit by a van. The injured cyclist was rushed to hospital by helicopter. The victims are three adult men, but more information about their identity is not yet known, the police said. The van driver was not injured.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident. They call on witnesses to come forward.
