Man hurt in Valkenswaard shooting

A man was injured in a shooting in the Noord-Brabant town of Valkenswaard late on Tuesday evening. He was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. The police are investigating, NOS reports.

The shooting happened in Feliciadal, a residential area in the west of the town. One or more perpetrators fled on a motorcycle. They were wearing dark clothes and helmets. The police are looking for them, but warn people who see the suspects not to take action themselves. Call the emergency number.
