Man missing in Groningen waters after argument on boat

Emergency services in Groningen are looking for an unidentified man who ended up in the water of the Oude Winschoterdiep after an argument on a boat. According to RTV Noord, the argument happened after the two owners of the boat found two strangers on board. The two strangers jumped in the water. One of them was arrested. Fire brigade divers are searching the water for the other man.
