French terror suspect previously released from Dutch custody with fake ID

Anis B., the French terror suspect that was arrested in Rotterdam late in March, was also in police custody earlier that month. He was arrested in the company of another French terror suspects, but both were later released. They were carrying fake ID's so the police did not know who they were and that they were wanted, as spokesperson for the Public Prosecutor said to Dutch newspaper AD. B. and other terror suspect Reda Kriket were arrested on March 17th for shoplifting in a hardware store in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. "Because of their false ID's, however, it was not clear who they were", the spokesperson said. He could not say what they stole. The French police arrested Kriket again seven days later in a house in Argentueil. There they found Kalashnikovs, other weapons, 1.2 kilograms of explosives and telephone numbers that led the Rotterdam police to Anis B. three days later. On Thursday the court in Amsterdam ruled that Anis B. can be extradited to France to be prosecuted with Kriket. The extradition will happen within the next 10 days, the Prosecutor said according to ANP. The two are suspected of planning a terrorist attack in France. According to the French authorities, Kriket also has ties with the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13th.
