Amsterdam date-drugging robber turns himself in

The suspect sought by the police for drugging and robbing his date in Amsterdam in June, has turned himself in. The man reported himself to the police station, bringing the victim's laptop with him, Het Parool reports. The suspect met his victim in an Amsterdam nightclub in June. The victim invited he suspect home the following morning. Surveillance images shows the man entering the home carrying a bottle. According to the police, the victim drank from the bottle and lost consciousness. He awoke to discover that many valuable items have been stolen. The police believe that the suspect may have committed similar crimes before and call on all possible victims to report the crime.
