Woman hit with baseball bat in parking space fight

A fight over a parking space got out of hand in Waalwijk on Monday night and ended with a man hitting a woman with a baseball bat. Both drivers were aiming for the same parking space on Grotestraat on Monday night, Omroep Brabant reports. The man was almost on the parking when the woman pulled up and took the space. This enraged the man. He grabbed a baseball bat and approached the woman. He hit the the roof of her car and the woman herself with the bat. The victim was severely wounded in her face. The police were alerted and arrested the man. The woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
