Prison guard punished for sex with inmate

A prison guard working at the prison in Nieuwegein has been suspended because of a sexual affair with one of the prisoners, AD reports. A former prisoner told the court in Utrecht under oath about corruption within the prison and the affair between the guard and a prisoner. According to the prisoner, "everything is possible, if you give the guards money".
