They received 31 different complaints about the same criminal racket since September last year, they added. Investigators arrested their suspect, who lives in Utrecht, on March 30. A judge remanded the suspect into custody after a search of his home, police said. The investigation is ongoing, police wrote, saying more arrests and charges are possible.
