Power outage gradually restored; Diemen substation fault the cause

Grid administrator TenneT just announced on Twitter that the voltage power grid is being rebuilt and power is gradually being restored. Parts of Noord-Holland now have power again. Power has been restored at Schiphol airport and some flights have started moving again. The massive power outage currently affecting large parts of Noord-Holland was caused by a technical fault at the 380 kV substation in Diemen, TenneT announced. "We are investigating the cause and are making every effort to restore power as quickly as possible."
