Arrest made in Rotterdam shooting

The police arrested a 28 year old Rotterdam resident i a house in Maassluis on Tuesday afternoon. The man is suspected of shooting and killing a 24 year old man in Rotterdam on the night of February 3rd to February 4th. Residents called the police and reported hearing gunshots just before midnight on February 3rd. Police officers found the severely wounded man on Mussetsraat in Rotterdam. He died shortly after arriving at the hospital. The actual shooting appeared to have happened on Dumasstraat. A 20 man investigation team has been investigating the crime. The investigation led to the 28 year old suspect. He managed to stay clear of the police for several days, but was finally arrested on Tuesday. The police initially arrested a 26 year old man shortly after the shooting. The man was released after questioning and is no longer considered a suspect.
