Existing home sale prices on the rise

Statistics Netherlands announced today that existing home prices were 1.7 percent more in August this year. than in August 2013. This is the fifth consecutive month that prices for existing homes have been higher than in the same month a year earlier. The Land Registry announced last Wednesday that 12 328 sold homes were registered in August. That is an increase of almost 24 percent compered to August 2013.
