Dead body found in Waal River

Police have launched an investigation into the death of a man whose lifeless body was found in the Waal River in Nijmegen. A press release reports that the corpse was spotted this morning by a passerby in the river, near Ooijpolder. The man's identity has not been determined yet and neither was the cause.
