Man found dead in car at Eindhoven Airport
A man was found dead in a car at Eindhoven Airport during the early hours of Monday morning. The police and coroner are investigating how the man died.
The man’s body was found at around 2:00 a.m. He was in a car parked on the sidewalk of Luchthavenweg, according to Eindhovens Dagblad.
First responders tried to resuscitate the man, but it was to no avail. He had already died.
The police placed a white screen around the vehicle while investigators looked at the scene. A coroner was called in to help determine the cause of the man’s death.
The Koninklijke Marechaussee, a policing force that works as part of the Dutch military and is responsible for airport security, cordoned off Luchthavenweg while the investigation was underway. Travelers could still reach the airport or road on foot.
