Driver found dead after car overturns on A20 near Vlaardingen

A 29-year-old man died early Saturday morning after losing control of his car on the A20 highway near Vlaardingen, according to De Telegraaf. The single-vehicle accident occurred around 5:25 a.m.

According to regional media and police reports, the man was discovered several dozen meters away from the car.

The driver was alone in the vehicle, which was found overturned on its roof in the grass beside the road.

Emergency responders attempted to resuscitate the driver at the scene but were unsuccessful. The victim was confirmed dead at the location.
