Four ATM bombings at Albert Heijn stores

Four ATM's in Albert Heijn stores were blown up on Monday night and Tuesday morning - two in Driebergen, one in Soest and one in Brielle, ANP reports. According to the news wire, three suspects were arrested. They first forced their way into the stores and then set off explosives on the ATM's. It is unclear whether any money was stolen. According to the police, it is still to early to establish whether or not the bombings are connected. Though a police spokesperson did say to Radio M Utrecht that it is striking that so many ATM bombings were committed in a matter of hours in a relatively small area.
