Driver beaten unconscious in small town parking dispute

A man was beaten unconscious and had his arm dislocated by his neighbor at his home in Halsteren, Noord-Brabant on Wednesday morning. It seems the neighbor was upset about a parking spot, the police said. The perpetrator, a 50-year-old man, saw his neighbor parking in the street and walking to his house. He waited for the neighbor and started a fight over the neighbor parking in the wrong spot, according to him. The man grabbed his neighbor and twisted his arm until his shoulder dislocated. He then kicked him so hard in the nose that the victim lost consciousness. He had to be taken to hospital for treatment. The 50-year-old perpetrator was arrested and is still in custody.
