Three arrested in second weekend Diemen shooting

A woman and three men were arrested in connection with a shooting in Diemen during the early hours of Monday morning. No one was injured in the shooting. The police responded to reports of a drive-by shooting on Visseringweg just after 4:00 a.m. Officers saw the car speeding away on Daalwijkdreef in Amsterdam-Zuidoost and managed to bring it to a stop. Using negotiating techniques, the officers talked the three suspects out of the car and arrested them. The suspects, two Amsterdam men aged 29 and 34 and a 36 year old woman from Vlaardingen, are in custody for further investigation. One witness told AT5 that about 15 shots were fired. They were directed at people leaving the Verrijn Stuart business park after attending a party in a warehouse.
