Bernie Sanders big winner with U.S. voters in Netherlands, abroad
A total of 921 American voters in the Netherlands cast their votes in the United States Abroad primary elections. The Abroad primary went to Bernie Sanders by a landslide, both in the Netherlands and the total election.
In the Netherlands 621 people voted for Sanders, 290 voted for Hillary Clinton and one person was uncommitted. American voters in the Netherlands accounted for 2.64 percent of the abroad primary votes.
In total Sanders got 23,779 votes, 68.79 percent of the votes cast in the abroad primary elections. Hillary Clinton got 30.92 percent with 10,689 votes.
