Drunk flasher apprehended while taking selfies on A2 highway

The police arrested a flasher on the A2 for taking selfies of his penis in the emergency lane, AD reports. A road inspector noted the man standing still in the emergency lane near Maarssen and went to investigate. He saw the man was taking selfies of his genitals. The road inspector gave the man a warning and sent him on his way. The incident was reported to the police. A short time later the police encountered the man at Vinkeveen and pulled him over. He was heavily under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The police arrested him and took him to the police station, where his license was confiscated.
