Two women arrested in Rotterdam area heroin, weapons find

Two women were arrested in in a home on Brieselaan in Rotterdam on Tuesday after the police discovered a large quantity of drug-related items, two large blocks of heroin, a firearm and ammunition in the home. The police searched the house based on a tip from the Undermining Team-Zuid. A large quantity of items used for the preparation of drugs were found in the home. The police also found a firearm and ammunition. The cocaine was found in the kitchen, and in the shed officers discovered a large amount of cutting agents. The two women present in the house - a 28 year old from Rotterdam and a 37 year old from Schiedam - were arrested and are in custody for further investigation.
