Massage parlour: “Two drops of semen” doesn’t prove prostitution claim

Massage parlor Mei Massage on Rozengracht in Amsterdam is taking the municipality to court to challenge its findings that the parlor is being used for illegal prostitution. According to the massage parlor, the discovery of "two drops of semen" does not prove prostitution, AT5 reports. The Amsterdam municipality performed a months-long investigation at several massage parlors. Eight were closed immediately and another eight were given notice that they will have to close, including Mei Massage. "It involves two small drops, each in a treatment room and from two different men", Monique Adansar, who is providing the parlor with legal assistance, said to the local broadcaster. "That can happen spontaneously. It may be that someone got excited and lost something. My client denies carrying out such operations." The legal adviser added that "if sexual acts took place here, you'd sure expect more trace evidence." The judge is expected to rule next week.
