Netherlands starts to feel like summer

The Netherlands can expect a warm and sunny day today, with temperatures reaching up to 30 degrees in the southeast of the country. By late afternoon and early evening their is a chance of some showers and thunderstorms in the south of the country, according to the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute. These storms could be accompanied by hail and strong winds of up to 80 kilometers per hour. The KNMI has issued a code yellow weather warning for the south of the country, which will be in effect from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Friday. Tonight will be cloudy with a few showers. The minimum temperatures will be around 17 degrees.
