New Schiphol Amsterdam Hilton to open earlier than planned

Hilton Hotel at Schiphol may open earlier than originally expected, says the hotel management. Previously, the hotel announced its opening as "early fourth quarter", but now Hilton says it will open the doors of the hotel in the first week of September, according to Misset Horeca. Based on the grounds of the Amsterdam airport, the hotel will have 433 guest rooms priced from 249 to 929 euros per night. The rooms are divided into eight different categories, including 12 suites with separate living and workspaces. The hotel, including its 1700 square meters of meeting and event spaces, is currently being furnished, the Hilton says. A part of the hotel is going to be a special building section connecting the hotel to the airport terminal.
