Homes on most expensive street cost avg. €2.275 million

The Konijnenlaan in Wassenaar is now the most expensive street in the Netherlands. The average property price on the street is estimated at 2.275 million euros, reports Quote. The record for density of houses worth over a million is set by nearby Bloemcamplaan, where 99% of all residences exceed the value. Amsterdam remains the leader in the volume of such properties, with 3,750 residences valued at over a million euros. The top three richest streets are Keizersgracht, Prinsengracht and Herengracht, respectively, all of which are also located in Amsterdam. The most expensive areas measured by the number of above-a-million properties are Amsterdam’s Museumkwartier (900), Bilthoven-Noord (750), and Blaricum (700).
