Limburg town offers Google Glass bike tours

In the North-Limburg town, Arcen, tourists can now rent a Google Glass which will show them the way to tourist attractions. The local tourist office has 24 futuristic glasses available for tourists who want to explore the area by bicycle. On the way the glasses will explain everything you encounter with audio, photos and videos. The user only has to swipe along the side of the glasses to activate the information. The route is also marked by the glasses. Currently there is only one route available, but it will be expanded in 2015. For now the Google Glass bike tour can only be booked in combination with an overnight stay.
