King and Queen visit Oranje after victory

The Dutch King and Queen visited Oranje in the locker room after their 3-2 victory against Australia. "They are so proud of us and they really enjoyed the game, even though the match against Australia was tougher than the one against Spain last week,” said Dutch right winger Arjen Robben after their visit.

“But they were obviously extremely happy that we won." he said. Team coach Louis van Gaal believed it was "super cool" that King Willen-Alexander and Queen Máxima paid them a visit in the changing room. “They congratulated us, and we took some pictures together,” added the proud coach. Not only did the royals take group photos with the players, but they also honoured former captain Wesley Sneijder who played his hundredth international game against Spain last week. In celebration of his 25th game, defender Ron Vlaar got the opportunity to take some privates shots with the royals as well. King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima flew to Brazil to watch the game between The Netherlands and Australia after viewing the field hockey championships in the Netherlands a few days earlier. They both wore orange scarves while enjoying the game from a stadium skybox. https://twitter.com/5iavash/status/479512997778710528
