Police find €125k in traffic stop

A 24-year-old Rotterdam local was arrested for money laundering, Sunday evening around 20:00, instead of for the traffic violation he was initially pulled over for.Police pulled the man over for driving with his phone in his hand, but spotted a substantial amount of money in the car when the man pulled over on the parking lot on the Burcht. Police seized his car and €124,000 in cash for further investigation.
