Flickr Richards is of Surinamese descent and is known as "Flaco" in the Surinamese community. His café has a bad reputation and was closed down for some time in 2006 for involvement in drug trafficking. Earlier, in 1995, Richards and his brother were abducted from the café and held hostage by a notorious and violent criminal, Adjoeba, who was sentenced to 8 years in prison a year later. In 2008 Adjoeba was assassinated. His killers were never found. The detective-team is looking for anyone who has information about Richards' whereabouts in the 36 hours before the discovery of his body, or who he's been in contact with. Information can be called in on 0900-8844 or 0800-7000 (anonymous)
