Stolen Ibn Ghaldoun exams sold

A bundle of stolen exams from the Ibn Ghaldoun school in Rotterdam is reported to be worth €200, according to case suspect Annas B. Annas was questioned in court about his role in the exam fraud case. He claims not to have received any of the money, however, which reportedly went to two other students. It is unclear how many exams were sold. The judge asked Annas how many exams had to be sold to earn €200, to which Annas replied "all of them." A police report revealed that suspect Kamal el B. also sold the exams at a lower price. He refused to answer related questions in front of the judge. He referred to his lawyer on almost all questions, who will respond to these on a later date. The group of students involved in this exam fraud case seemed not to have a clear strategy when they carried out the theft, it appeared in court during the second portion of the hearing. It seems the group of students managed to clear out the locker containing the exams, filling five school bags, but were unsure of what to do next. Student Safae K., one of the lead suspects in the scandal that ultimately led to the shutting down of Ibn Ghaldoun, burst into tears several times during questioning. Annas claims that K. came into the cafeteria with the idea to steal the exams. It seems the plot was doomed from the start, as nobody had a clear plan. While some students stood watch, others stole into the room through an open window. Some suspects could get the stolen exams on a usb-stick, they say, and others also photographed them in order to digitalize it all so that the paper versions could be replaced. Most suspects claimed in front of the judge to have had a rough time in custody. At home, the news hit hard as well. Annas admitted: "I fled to Morocco for three months" because of the shame he had to endure. The situation at home was tense, which is not surprising as Anna's father was also a teacher at Ibn Ghaldoun.
