Beware of Fake Discount on Toys

Consumentenbond said it found that many online shops are offering fake discount on toys. Toys / Flickr After comparing the prices of 75 popular toys at the beginning of this month and in July, the organization found that Blokker, Bol.com, Intertoys, ToysXL and Wehkamp were offering fake deals on toys. For example, the organization said, Intertoys offers a Lego train at €114.99 rather than €124.99. And, this train cost €99 at Intertoys in the summer, Consumentenbond found. According to the organization’s website, Intertoys’ 17 of 20 deals were fake while Blokker’s eight of 10 deal were fake.
