Earlier Mayor Van der Laan issued an emergency warrant, allowing individuals who disturb the public order to be removed. The warrant applied to supporters of the German club St. Pauli, the Belgian club Anderlecht, and supporters of Dinamo Zagreb, who don't have a ticket to the game, but hang around in Amsterdam. Dinamo Zagreb played PSV Wednesday in Eindhoven. The better part of the city was subjected to the emergency measures. The soccer fans walked around Amsterdam, decked out with their club characteristics, and looking for trouble, according to the police.
