Police looking for eight suspects in Hague fatal assault

The police are looking for eight suspects for involvement in a fatal beating on the Plein in The Hauge early on Sunday morning. A 23-year-old man died a few hours after being assaulted.

The suspects are all men with lightly tanned skin and between the ages of 18 and 35, the police said. Investigators are also still looking for camera footage of the public violence and witnesses.

The emergency services received the first report of an assault on the Plein at 00:50 a.m. on Sunday. First responders found the critically injured 23-year-old man at the scene. They rushed him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later on Sunday morning.

The police suspect an argument involving multiple people preceded the assault.
