Missing man found dead in Amsterdam canal

A body was found in the water on Mauritskade in Amsterdam on Friday. The police identified the victim as 23-year-old Jesaja Dollart. The young man from Amsterdam went missing on January 17th, Het Parool reports.

Dollart was last seen alive on Derde Oosterparkstraat in Amsterdam Oost. The police are investigating the cause of his death.

It is not yet clear how Dollart ended up in the water.
