Teenagers arrested for fatal stabbing in Sneek
Two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were arrested on Thursday evening on suspicion of involvement in a fatal stabbing in Sneek. A 39-year-old man was stabbed in his home and died on the street around noon, AD reports.
The suspects are from the municipality of Sudwest-Fryslan. A local resident told Leeuwarder Courant that she heard shouting about "those rotten children". According to her, two boys came out of the victim's home on Johan Willem Frisostraat, said that they did nothing and left on a scooter.
Local residents report that the injured man came out of the home onto the street. He collapsed and died, despite attempts to resuscitate him. The local residents also say that the victim was active in the drug world, according to AD.
