Schiphol cargo firm evacuated on suspicious package

Update 15:00 : No explosives were found, the Marechaussee announced on Twitter. Officers are working on reopening the building to employees

A company on Folkstoneweg at Schiphol was evacuated on Thursday after a dog trained to sniff out explosives signalled a suspicious package in the cargo area.

An Explosive Ordnance Disposal team is on the way to investigate, according to the Koninklije Marechaussee - a policing force that works as part of the Dutch military and is responsible for airport security.

According to RTV Noord-Holland, the company involved is logistics company Ceva.
