Rapper Typhoon arrested for not paying for petrol

Rapper Typhoon spent a night in jail last month after he forgot to pay for his petrol after refueling. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, the rapper said to the Telegraaf. The incident happened on August 2nd. "I drove back from Belgium after I got a call that my uncle is dying and I have to say goodbye with my brothers and sister. With my head not on the tank I walked inside. I went to the bathroom, got coffee from the vending machine, cut completely forgot to pay for the fuel", he said to the newspaper. So Typhoon was arrested and spent a night in jail. The next morning he explained himself. "I was told that the case was dismissed because there was no intent", he said. He paid his fuel bill and left. "Legally it is theft, but after questioning and examining the camera images, it is clear that there was no intent", a spokesperson for the Public Prosecutor said to the Telegraaf.
