Two students seriously hurt in fall from roof terrace

Two students were inured in Groningen on Monday when they fell from a roof terrace on the second floor of a home. Both are still in the hospital, GIC reports. The students involved are a 20-year-old second year student and a 22-year-old fourth year student. According to the newspaper, the two were playing around at a party on Visserstraat. They broke through a wicker fence and fell two stories. The 20-year-old man was seriously injured, but his situation is not life threatening. The 22-year-old managed to break his fall by grabbing onto a lower balcony. He sustained more minor injuries.
