Overturned milk truck shuts A2 highway for hours

The A2 highway between Leende and Eindhoven is closed in both directions due to an overturned milk truck. Traffic information service VID expects that the highway will be closed until late afternoon and advises motorists to take a different route. No one was hurt i the accident, but the truck is blocking the highway in both directions. "The cleanup alone will take hours", spokesperson for the VID said to Omroep Brabant. "The cartons of milk are spread over the roadway. The salvage work is a huge job." The VID hopes that the highway will be cleaned up and open in time for evening rush hour, but can make no guarantees.
