Two killed in Hague shooting

A shooting incident in The Hague on Tuesday left a man and a woman dead. The police are investigating. The current assumption is that the shooting is related to some form of domestic dispute, according to the police. The police received the first report of a shooting on Loosduinse Hoofdstraat around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. At the scene they found a severely wounded woman on the street and a severely injured man in a parked car. Emergency services gave what aid they could to the wounded persons, but it was to no avail. Both died at the scene. The police immediately cordoned off the area and launched a large-scale investigation. Forensic experts searched the crime scene for trace evidence. As there are still witnesses to be questioned, the police can not release any further information on the investigation, to avoid the witnesses being influenced. They currently assume that the shooting had to do with relationship drama.
