Car explosion in Noord Brabant town under investigation

The police are investigating a car explosion in Geldorp, Noord-Brabant during the early hours of Monday morning. No one was injured, but the car was completely destroyed. According to the police, residents of Amundsenstraat heard a loud bang around 00:30 on Monday morning. When the police responded they found that a car parked on the street had exploded. The police closed off the area and performed a trace evidence investigation for clues that could clarify the cause of the explosion. The police would like to make contact with anyone who saw or heard anything that may be connected to the explosion.
