Half-naked man headbutts train conductor

The police arrested a 29 year old, half naked man on the station in Arnhem on Saturday for headbutting a conductor. According to the police, the man headbutted the conductor on the train between Emmerich and Arnhem. The conductor was not injured, but did press charges of assault. The 29 year old man was wearing only his underwear and seemed to be disturbed.
