Ryanair wins Schiphol airport slots
Irish budget airline Ryanair has been awarded more than 2,700 slots at Schiphol Airport. The slots are for the winter season which begins on October 25th.
This is according to slot coordinator Caroline Ditvoorst in Zakenreis on Monday. The slots awarded to Ryanair are equivalent to approximately 9 flights a day.
According to Ditvoorst, the airline has listed airports in Dublin, Ireland and Stansted, UK as provisional airports to which Ryanair will fly from Schiphol, but airlines are still allowed to change these airports until the last moment.
