Dutch jihadist releases new ISIS propaganda video

A Dutch jihadist has released a video congratulating Islamic State fighters with the victory over the Iraqi government in taking the Iraqi city of Ramadi. Ramadi fell into the hands of the terrorist organization a few days ago. According to NOS, it is not clear where the video was recorded, but there are indications that the Dutch jihadist in the video is in Yemen. The video shows the Dutchman in a circle with other Muslim fighters, having some sort of victory meal. The Dutch jihadist speaks both Dutch and Arabic. He says the ISIS fighters in Ramadi have to be firm and that "our next point is Baghdad". A part of the video can be seen on NOS.
