Temps in 20s by midweek, to cool down by weekend

A sunny week with little chance of rain lays ahead for the Netherlands, the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute predicts. The maximum temperatures for today range from 11 degrees in the coastal areas to about 15 degrees in the south of the country. The wind is weak to moderate from the westerly direction. Tuesday will also be calm and sunny. Maximum temperatures will range from 14 degrees on the Wadden islands to 20 degrees in the south of the country. On Wednesday maximum temperatures are expected to reach 21 degrees. The weather is expected too cool down after Wednesday, with maximum temperatures ranging between 12 and 17 degrees expected for Thursday and between 11 and 15 degrees expected for Friday.
