Second exit poll: anti-Islam party down 2, D66 up five

The second exit poll from statistics firm Ipsos with broadcast partner NOS shows a slightly bigger drop in support for Geert Wilders and his anti-Islam party PVV than predicted earlier. An estimated 49 percent of voters cast a ballot in the provincial election, which directly leads to the make-up of the Dutch senate, or Eerste Kamer.
