"Horror owl" strikes again, injures newspaper deliverer

The "horror owl", that has been terrorizing Purmerend for weeks, has struck again. This time injuring a news paper deliverer. The woman was attacked around 05:30 this morning, RTV NH reports. Here face was covered in blood. She was given shelter by the staff of a meat processing plant. According to the victim, she could feel leather straps around the owl's legs during the attack. The aggressive owl has claimed several victims in the past few weeks. Earlier this week the province of Noord- Holland gave permission that the owl can be caught and relocated. Thus far the owl has been able to evade the falconer hired to catch him.
