Two held in Terneuzen shooting that left man paralyzed

The police arrested a man and a woman this morning in connection with the shooting incident on Iepenlaan in Terneuzen on December 16th last year. This was done during a large police operation. The police made the arrests in two homes in Terneuzen early this morning. A 19 year old man and a 22 year old woman was arrested. They were taken to the police stations in Breda and Tilburg for questioning. The duo are suspected of involvement in a shooting on Iepenlaan on December 16th last year. A 27 year old man was shot at close range. He suffered a spinal injury and will probably never be able to walk again. The day after the shooting the police arrested a 37 year old suspect, who is still in custody. The police also raided several homes during the operation. Various goods, including firearms and a vehicle, were seized.
