Dutch government worker kidnapped in Gaza

A Dutch consultant working for the Dutch government was kidnapped for eight hours by unknown masked men yesterday in the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told a Palestinian news agency. Mohammad al-Mughayyir, 31, a consultant with a Dutch nationality, works for the Dutch diplomatic representation in the Palestinian city of Ramallah in the West Bank, according to AD. Masked man snatched the worker on Tuesday in Gaza City. The Ministry could not yet give details about the backgrounds of the kidnapping.
