Second Albanian held in Rotterdam murders

A second suspect was arrested in Slovenia in the investigation into the January 15 shooting on Bovenstraat in Rotterdam that killed two men. The suspect is a 24-year-old Albanian believed to be involved in the shooting. The police prior arrested a 26-year-old Albanian, who was found injured on Kasteelweg shortly after the shooting. He is still in custody. A large team is investigating the incident. The police suspect that the shooting is linked to a larger criminal circuit.
