Firework toss seriously injures teen; boy arrested

A 13 year old boy from Harderwijk was seriously injured in a fireworks incident on Friday, December 12th. A 15 year old boy has been arrested. A firewroks show was held on Friday night at a company on Harderwijkerweg. Afterwards some groups of young people threw fireworks. A firework ended up in the clothing of the 13 year old boy. He suffered a third degree burn and will have to undergo a skin graft. A 15 year old boy from Ermelo was arrested on Sunday. The police are investigating whether he is responsible for the incident. The police have asked any witnesses to come forward.
